I was sent here last year to finish my taxes after doing the Christmas loan at the Rock Road location. Let me just say that Michele and Shanon will get you right. I won’t go back to the Rock Road location the guy that runs it over there is not very bright and he talks way to much instead of getting the job done. This location will forever be my go to spot. Thank you ladies for all your help.
Really disappointed. I was looking forward to get the holiday loan to my kids something for Christmas and food on our table since bills were tight in the month of December. Everything was going well until she asked me if I was married in common law or by paper and I said by paper. I understood my previous tax preparer did not to my tax the way it was suppose to do, as she mentioned. I understand it get irritating when stuff like this happens to her with other people.
