Even with walking without an appointment, there's still a reasonable timely manner. They are very friendly and kind. Offer nice beverages, water, soda, and healthier snacks. They take their time in helping you where you can receive the best and where you can make the most of your taxes
I came in super last minute for tax prep and Ammar was amazing! He took the time to go through everything with me, gave me some really helpful tips and advice, and made the whole process way less stressful. Highly recommend him if you need someone knowledgeable and efficient! Rest of the staff were super friendly and hospitable! Will be recommending everyone here (:
