Been filing with the brown deer location for years. Unfortunately I won't be returning. Obdah and mark the so called manger was very rude. Didn't help me with my issue. Hung up the phone on me and simply don't know how to treat returning customers. Went to get .t taxes done and it wasn't filed till the next day. He stated his boss had to look over it first. Meaning he didn't know what he was doing. WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ammar always does a great job. He is knowledgeable, courteous and always with a comforting smile. I highly recommend his office for tax filing and other financial services.
Very friendly, fast and efficient! I sat back and enjoyed snacks and he got the job done. Definitely be going back!
