Very upset with my experience with Liberty tax in Bayberry, Liverpool NY. I had my taxes done for a family member which actually went smoothly. The price was reasonably and taxes done were fine. My problem came later when the irs got involved. I needed to validate my family member who is handicapped physically and mentally. I did appreciate liberty's initiative to help me only to be stiffed on 3 appointments with a no show. Yes 3 appointments. Bob has always been great. Quick and simple. Knows what he's doing and does it well. If you want your taxes done for a good price and know that they're done right, bob is the man to go to. Great work as always at Liberty!!!
