Ms. ERICA and Ms. AMY was amazing. Was welcomed with beautiful smile and was helped with little wait time compare to other places during Tax season. They're customer service, detailed knowledge was very helpful during the rush. Especially with doing 4 yrs of Taxes.I highly recommend either. If they don't have the answers, they find it ! That's was up, Liberty Tax.
The worst experience. The Franchisee, Bilal Siddiqi, is very wrong. I thought this person was knowledgeable but he isn't. He charged me $350 for a letter, i said alright lets do business here. So next appointment i was there with all my paperwork and he said that i need to put the password of my bank in his computer because it is easier for him to do my taxes and the information that i was providing was not accurate. I will never leave my password in anybody's computer, that was a big red flag. Don't do business here and LIB... read more
