Made a appt online and it was confirmed two times. Today, with 3 hours notice, I received a text message saying the appt had to be rescheduled. Not a good start right out of the gate! I asked if there was another agent that could see us & was told "No" , she was the only one . After I made it clear that this cancelling of my appointment really was disappointing as I had to arrange getting off work early, she came back with a time of 7pm.
