I had some back taxes that I needed to get taken care of, and honestly, I was extremely nervous about the whole situation. I have been having Liberty Tax in Elk Grove prepare my taxes for many years 10+. They are very professional and efficient. I had a issue with my 2024 FTB return due to an amended return. I contacted the office and spoke with Christal and I explained what I knew about my situation. Christal was on it and made calls on my behalf and followed up with documents sent to FTB. She has been so helpful and professional in this complex process. I highly recommend them. Chan and Christal definitely do an exceptional job.
