UPDATE: Our situation has now been resolved and our taxes have been confirmed and filed, thanks to both Suzanne and Malik! We went in to have our taxes done with Suzanne on March 29. All seemed to go fine, but over 2.5 months later, we have still not received anything. When I check the "where's my refund?" app, it shows the tax forms were not even submitted! This tax office gave me the runaround via email for a few weeks with short, curt "I will look into this and let you know." And now have stopped responding all together. ... read more
We went in to have our taxes done with Suzanne on March 29. All seemed to go fine, but over 2.5 months later, we have still not received anything. Rude, unprofessional, poor service- we won't be coming back here again and will recommend others avoid it as well.
Very very helpful, kind, friendly and professional. Wonderful experience, I will definitely recommend others to come. I dont know what switched, but the rudeness is insane. I still haven't received Mt taxes it's been months since I field, and I'm getting nowhere. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever again.
