Alisa did a great job of explaining things to me. She's very professional and took her time answering my questions and giving me insight for next year. I also like that this is a nice office instead of being in the middle of a mall or shopping center. She gave me an option of one on one meeting, dropping off and picking up, or totally online. Alisa made a stressful time very seamless.
