Had my taxes done and offered a guarantee well this is anything but true. My taxes were done incorrect , . I have letters demanding more money without even taking out the money I sent. Where are those checks. IRS can’t tell me even though I sent certified. Had they been done correctly I wouldn’t be here. As for the Guarantee well they say they are open on Thursdays now. I have never gotten an answer and never a call back to any of my messages. I filed a complaint with Liberty cooperate.
