These ladies (not sure is gentlemen there lol) I’ve gone to them for quite a few years now and always top notch helpful to get the best return possible. Only thing now It’s unfortunate can’t do same day return but that’s ok. Their professional and friendly staff make up for that . You guys rock
Terrible experience, terrible customer service, incompetent. They totally messed up my tax return, then tried to blame it on me. Had to spend hours on the phone with CRA fixing their terrible work. When confronted they blasted me accepting zero accountability of their errors. I'd have the homeless guy on the corner or your dog do your taxes rather than Liberty Tax Leduc.
