I've been going to Liberty Tax for years. Always great service. Last year a simple mistake was made with my federal tax deduction. Liberty sent amended forms right away at no cost to me. They stuck by me and kept me informed on the whole process. It took a while but the whole thing got straightened out. This year when I went to get my taxes done I was told there would be no charge for anything. That's good business. It's my go to place and I highly recommend them.

If I could give a negative ten I would. I had an issue that they created and they really tried to call me and my wife a liar. We waited a whole week for a call back and for nothing. Just for us to call back and be called liars!!! Do not waste your time going here there are way better tax doers they assured us everything was fine and still we ended up with problems. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH KIM DO NOT WORK WITH THEM
