I referred my child's mother to your services. Could you please clarify why she was charged an upfront fee for tax preparation and why her tax refund appears to be lower than anticipated? The child tax credit is typically $3,000. Plus, you guys made a mistake on my brother's tax return. We have been coming here for nine years. We never had any problems, but now we have big problems.
