I went to the Wilson Location on Airport Road March 2020, I was treated really nice. My taxes were done in a reasonable amount of time. I itemize so everything was gone over with a fine tooth comb. I have used Liberty Tax for the last 10 years and I have been very satisfied every single time. Doug Hinton
The customer service here is incredible. I walked in completely frantic, but Sharon, Darlene, and Sasha dropped everything to help me out. The BEST service ever!
I was charged a fee that I was never informed would be deducted from my refund that was direct deposited to my bank. I've spoke to people claiming they'll refund this fee but when I expressed that I don't feel that I should have to wait until next week to receive my money (I've been waiting since the 15th since he finally agreed to pay me) he then informed me they wouldn't give me anything back. The service is in that office is horrible. The manager does not return his customer calls. My friends and I were told by the office manager our returns were processed and they weren't. Finally when the returns were processed we are having issues with our returns. I don't suggest this company to anyone.
I went there with my friend who needed to get his taxes done. Service is fast and you can get Refund Loans. We didn't have any appointment we simply walked in and were taken care of without any wait. Prompt and personal service. Highly recommend it.
