Must avoid – Very unprofessional. Messy installation. System failed and they failed to honor warranty and now won't return my phone calls. System has been down for 2 weeks. Avoid these people.
Knowledgeable/accomodating – Liberty installed cameras on my residence. They did a fine job installing. The crew were polite, professional & knowledgeable. They even came back to install an upgraded DVR at no additional charge. The equipment is fine and meets my requirements. The equipment has only been in place for 2 weeks. To date I have no complaints whatsoever. If I have any issues they insisted I contact them. Labor and equipment is guaranteed for a year.
Do not waste your time with these amateurs. – Please let this be a warning for anyone looking for security or surveillance camera work do not waste your time with these amateurs. First they will dispatch a fellow that seems to know alot about security and surveillance for business or residential, then they will send you a quote that seems to look pretty resonable.
