In Aug of 2023 I purchased a used car from this dealership. As part of the financing, I had to buy an extended warranty. In Dec of 2024 the car broke down and I had it towed there for repairs. After about 6 weeks I was told it was repaired and to pick it up. Upon leaving the car was still driving the same as when it first broke down. I returned the car immediately and told them it was not repaired!! The service dept took the car back and said they would make needed repairs.I told them I needed a loaner and was provided one. ... read more

Zero stars I WILL NEVER buy anything from Bergstrom Trevor and all they have done was cause financial issue’s because they didn’t give me a warranty run down that i could read i never received my warranty run down till two months ago and come to find out I purchased the same exact warranty and canceled it after finally receiving the warranty purchased threw Bergstrom now the other weren’t i purchased they are refusing to give me my money back and Bergstrom Mike ******* and Brandon in the Nissan dealership said too bad so sad... read more

2000 character limit restricts the more detailed explanation of this event: Following a previous negative ownership experience, I have continued to visit this establishment on multiple occasions intent on purchasing a Subaru Outback. One visit resulted in the salesperson not negotiating with me on price. Again I tried and on the second visit a year or so later we could not agree on trade-in price for my vehicle. On my last attempt, the salesperson made an offer with what I perceived as unexplained, inflated costs. After some... read more

******** customer service. There site only contains AI generated pics. They refuse to provide pictures of the cars they are selling. I kept getting excuses, no results. **********************************************************************************************************************************************

None of our photos are AI generated, and most of cars do have photos of the exact vehicle. The vehicle you listed as a example just came to us from a dealer trade and we haven't had a opportunity to take a photo of it yet. I'm not sure who you talked to, but i find it hard to believe no one on my staff could get you the photos you are looking for.

Agree with several of the other reviews, Avoid them! They ripped off my 80 year old sister.Took Total Advantage of her! Went to buy a car for $15,500 which came to $19,000 with taxes etc.. She was conned into 3 different "Warranties" which totaled almost $8,000. There were also other absurd overpriced add Ons, So, her $15,000 car was now going to cost her $30,000! So far we have gotten them to cancel two of those.

we have spoken to Mr. P***** whom is the son of Barbara. We have discussed that she agreed to purchase a vehicle and then decided to upgrade insurance coverages and warranties voluntarily. Mr. P***** agreed with us after providing documentations that she agreed to upgrades and following our conversation he spoke with his mother and convinced her to change her mind and remove them, This does not mean we did anything wrong. We have cancelled all additional items and issued a full refund to her loan balance.
