I rented unit E11 in August to store my boat starting in October. They required me to begin in September to hold it, so I paid $445 total ($210 for September, $210 for October, and a $25 admin fee). Before Labor Day, they offered me a larger unit (A7/A50) for $200/month and said my prior payment would be credited—but it never was.
