I have never rented from them , personally, but I did take a tour of an apartment. The landlord was patient , allowing me time to look around. He answered any question that I had. He was very upfront about what was/was not available to renters. The rooms are quaint and cozy. Pro: affordable. Cons: no laundry facilities.
I've visited a friend here. Definitely not luxury. Nice enough. Didn't see any bugs. Just the parking lot and foundation being so uneven. Its some bad falls waiting to happen. I wouldn't suggest this place for handicapped people, kids or just cumbsy people.
