When I was directed by dr to get sleep study done and discovered I have sleep apnea things went well. Got set up with mask and machine. Had a one year follow up. Fast forward to 4 yrs I have been having issues. I did in the beginning mention my front teeth felt sore and was told was nothing to be concerned. My teeth have been shifting ever since using a machine. Referred by my doctor. The young clinical staff was a little short with me when I arrived for my appointment. I didn't feel welcomed. As a former health professional, not the most professional experience. Would not recommend, as looking online their pricing is high. More interested in collecting my cash, then servicing my needs.
I found them online, visited their store and had excellent service from their staff. They helped me find the right products for my elderly father.
FIVE STAR SERVICE I went into Liberty recently with a very urgent and specific need that I wasn't sure could be accommodated, especially on a Saturday of a long weekend. The staff person on duty contacted the store owner who contacted another person and together they were able to meet my need in a timely manner. Every person involved was polite, professional, and very helpful. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. I highly recommend this store for your medical equipment needs.
The receptionists are not professional at all, not returning your several calls to book appointments or about questions that you asked clearly. The first one I got one the phone used a complicated vocabulary thinking that everyone should understand what she is talking about so I rephrased what she said but the lady kind of sighed then repeated exactly the sentences that she just said.
