Great place, great owner! Best pricing around.
The owner will hold your payment for 3 weeks and then try and charge you a late fee. He locks you into a year lease and is hyper about renewing. Pay extra for lights and electric and then he won't make sure the lights work- they go off after 1 minute- super annoying and does nothing about it. Requires a security deposit and then does not return it by contract or law. Now I have to sue him for it. Stay away!
