Ok, I had to correct my previous review. This place is for sure a 5 star rating. I've been to many different storages the past 3 years. Many. And I've been to the worst places and some good, but I've never experienced a storage facility like this ever. It's clean , quiet, friendly manager. The only issue I have and to me it's dumb. The only way to open gate is with your phone thru text. In and out. Issue ... My phone broke while unloading storage. I was stick inside gate for 35 minutes. Not a single person came in and no manager. I honked my horn for 20 mins. They have a key pad but it's not for us... I'm assuming for there alarm.
