Ryan, Jarad and their entire team takes great care of us. They have security systems at both my home and business and have for years. We are always thrilled with their quick responses and problem solving.
I feel Liberty Security took advantage of my Elderly Parents . The reason I feel this way is my parents who at the time were nearing 80 years old, live in a small town with a population of under 800. The town has a very low crime rate. They came in with their sales pitch and basically made my parents feel unsafe in their own home and their only solution was to have this security system installed. When we have been able to get someone to *come and address problems, Jared has been excellent. However, it seems like your *office staff, Ryan, has been snoozing on the job for quite some time.
