Had a 2 year contract, told them I was not renewing when it was up. They bill me 2 more months after the contract ended. I complained and they said they'd send me the forms to end the service and that will take a month to process. So they're trying to steal 3 more payments from me. Rip off. Plus they said they couldn't call the police when the alarm went off. What's the point of them then???
Absolutely disgraceful! I am disabled and on a budget. This company continues to charge me for services even after the contract has expired and I asked them not to renew it. To simply cancel the services when the contract expired. I spent a half hour on the phone complaining and demanding this error to be fixed but they needed a supervisor. We live out of country for most the year and rely on our camera and security system. Without my knowledge our doorbell camera went out when there was a break in across the street and we were asked to see if we got any footage. When we called about this the short answer was for us to fly back and get it figured out because they weren’t going to send a tech. Completely useless and techs don't do anything when they show up I been with them for about 4 months and not once had my stuff work. They do not care about anything but money
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ever we've been stuck with this company for years because they NEVER let us out. It's like a cult. Do not use them.
