We live out of country for most the year and rely on our camera and security system. Without my knowledge our doorbell camera went out when there was a break in across the street and we were asked to see if we got any footage. When we called about this the short answer was for us to fly back and get it figured out because they weren’t going to send a tech. Completely useless and techs don't do anything when they show up I been with them for about 4 months and not once had my stuff work. They do not care about anything but money
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ever we've been stuck with this company for years because they NEVER let us out. It's like a cult. Do not use them.
Nothing but a nightmare. Terrible customer service and equipment only works sometimes. Camera doesn’t record videos at night half the time. Call or email for help and told to call when on site, not always able to do that. Our contract is up in a few months and will be over the moon to call them and cancel service. It’s a waste of $63 a month. A year after signing a contract they increased the price….. UPDATE Liberty- the account is not under my name, it’s under my partners name.
