Very responsive and quick. Customer service has been great. Don’t bother working with a cheaper phone company, find a security only company like Liberty. Working with Andre was quick and he took the time to understand my security needs.

I called the number on the website to see about getting cameras last Friday August 22 and I guy answered the phone and asked if it was an emergency or if he could call me back on Tuesday Aug 26. Because he was out on a call. I said ok. He said that if it’s an emergency that he would get me to talk to someone else but if it’s not to wait for him because he’s the only one that can give me a free doorbell camera etc. I said it’s not an emergency.
