My experience with Liberty Security has been nothing short of frustrating.Getting in touch with someone is nearly impossible — calls and messages go unanswered or are redirected with no resolution in sight. Impossible to get through on their line.It sends you straight to a robot trying to sell you a medic alert thing and when you don't buy it it disconnects .Its unbelievably frustrating as I need service on my system that isn't working .
Customer service is non existent, would not recommend . Prices have gone up and they don't have to inform you. You pay for thier mistakes. Believe all the one star reviews. Do not go with Liberty
This Company has been very professional at handling home and business Alarms.
Liberty security is the worst company I strongly advise not to go with them the service is very poor and system doesn’t work well so please go with some other company and also never sign any contract with them because they trap you with the contract thing
