Website states that any animal that stays 3+ days will be groomed. We left our dog there for 8 days. He was wet from a bath when we picked him up but as you can see from the pic there was no grooming. He also had 5 ticks on him AFTER the bath. Lobby stinks so bad that it takes your breath.

Sorry Diesel was still damp from his bath. He was quite scared with the dryer, and we really didn't want to stress him out. We do offer a free bath with boarding, but would never trim hair without permission and don't do free haircuts. He did receive a free bath and nail trim. You definitely picked up on a wet, muddy day! We appreciate the feedback and will be sure to tend to it!
