What an appalling place. The staff have bad attitudes and treat everyone with the “ I don’t care look”. It’s dirty. An inch of dust everywhere. It smells and the food looks rotten smells rotten too. I wouldn’t put my worst enemy there.

The PT department is tops and the staff in that area is great. Food is good and the facility is clean. Some staff are great, others aren't. They don't answer calls for long periods of time. My mother was in the facility for 8 months before she passed away. My biggest headache was with the person handling billing. I was away for three months and asked her to email me Mom's bill because my mail was being forward which made me get it later that usual. She blocked my emails! I enjoyed working there great Facility and the staff are wonderful. The resident are great to besides that the scenery is beautiful you will fall in love with the place ��������

Do your loved ones a favor...don't send them here!! The food they give their residents is worse than some frozen TV dinners. My mom would buzz for a nurse so she could go to the bathroom and it would take them up to 30 minutes to get to her. As a result she developed an infection because she'd be sitting with her soiled diaper!

I'd have given it zero stars if it had let me… This place is the worst hell hole. It's more of a prison then it is a hospital with as many native English speakering employees as you'd find working at your local 7-11. Don't go here! Don't allow your loved ones to be incarcerated here! I've been here close to a year, in severe pain for about 60% of the time, and they just don't care. I'm serious find another place!

On March 21st mother Dolores Olsen was sent to your facility , she arrived @ 11:30am and was already working with (PT) & (OT) your Rehab facility didn't hesitate to get her up and walking , standing, working with her hands & building up her strength...we hit a few bumps , but nothing that wasn't resolved ! A BIG Thank you to Cindy & Ty for addressing any issues we had ,they both made my mother feel comfortable during her stay!!!! As an RN w high work ethics ,my employment at JV was the best job and facility I have worked for. I truely felt like I had many grandparents and I cared deeply for. Judson AL/IL Manager allowed me to use my advanced skills to care for my resident w the support of my Director and Administrator to enjoy giving the best care I could. I won an award later that year for the best employee of the mo/yr. So glad they are growing

My mother was sent here. I have never seen such an uncaring self-centered staff. My mother is not an easy keeper, but we were told they didn't want her there as her comments within her room could cause the State or others to have their attitude about this Rehab lowered. They are more concerned about there rep than concerned about my Mom. She is over medicates and ignored. If you have a choice go elsewhere.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would! I would NEVER ever entrust the care of my loved there ever again!! Their "professional" nursing staff does NOT follow STATE laws or even company policy, they inject medicine into patients even when the patient adamantly said they did NOT want it, they refuse getting a doctor when the family requests it when a patient is clearly in distress and needs medical attention, their staff does not respond when family requests help for a loved to use the rest room or get them a bed pan, and the... read more
