I've been living here for over 2 years, very well maintained. Work orders for maintenance are taken care of quickly. The property is maintained well, and management is very helpful.
Just god awful. I am a current resident here and let me tell you, there is ZERO presence from management and maintenance and not just little communication but NO communication whatsoever. I have put in a maintenance order 2 MONTHS ago and nothing has been remedied. I’ve sent out numerous emails and phone calls with no answer and no reply. Again this has been going on for weeks. Went to apply for Apartment and couldn't get anyone to answer the door in reception waiting outside for one hour During regular business hours.
