Was initially responsive until they received money. No work was ever completed. No calls were ever returned. They closed the Houston office.

Horrible company. I've called numerous times, sent numerous emails only to be told someone will call you back. They took my insurance money and are not communicating. Now it's time to file a complaint with the licensing board, BBB and try and find a lawyer who will handle this. They never told us the Guy Walter was fired, nobody updates you. This is a horrible company and I hate I ever started this process.
This company is a fraud. I pay them in December 2022. They don’t answer phone calls and don’t return calls. they still haven’t tell me when are they going to start with my roof. The person in charge of my project was fired. Nobody from the company is calling me back.
