My mom is a resident, she has a heart condition, tonight at 10pm her tachycardia started, with NO employees on site!! She was told she was to call the other Liberty building and wait for someone to UNLOCK the door so the paramedics can come in!! Are you kidding me!!! I understand they are in the transition from " independent " to " assisted" living, but they haven't even been inspected yet! This is completely unacceptable, for a senior living facility!!
Even though I, have been here for a short time. I was warmly welcomed into the family with a big smile and open hands to help.
