I would not recommend to anyone. The place itself is very pretty, Spacious and clean. Beyond that the nursing care is atrocious and you’d be putting your mom one at risk. Should you place your loved ones at this assisted living. The communication is not existence and the leadership turnover occurs very often. There’s no accountability and they also use agency nurses that do not care about About the patients. Lastly, there is essentially no doctor or nurse practitioner presence at this building So buyer beware!
The Woodlands is a top notch Assisted Living facility. They have had some recent turnover, but the staff there now is INCREDIBLE! The building is clean, well decorated, with a ton of smiling faces. The new RN DON in the AL is also a great addition. Residents are happy and healthy. The Dining room always smells incredible!!! They are also very close to Walmart and Drug Mart!
They don’t care about them At all lady up front is completely rude never come here
