I can’t recommend Liberty enough—if it was possible I’d give 6 stars! Rich goes above and beyond and is professional, trustworthy, and kind.
Our work was related to storm damage. Richard (owner) is a public adjuster who did all the communications with our insurance company, making sure that insurance came through with absolutely everything that was need to restore our home. He worked tirelessly on our part. Everything Liberty did was beautifully executed, with highest consideration and respect to our needs. They went above and beyond! 10 stars out of 5!!
As many know the sight of water leaking into your home can be a scary and a financially terrifying thing. Navigating home owners insurance claims can also be a nightmare. Rich walked me through a very difficult claim. There was confusion, tears, rage and much frustration on my part trying to navigate the claim process myself.
