Very disappointed from the place. I went to the clinic yesterday 05/12/2023. I am coughing, my ribs are hurting me. I got to see a nurse practitioner who never told me he is only a nurse. I pay too much money for my insurance, I need to deal with a doctor. That nurse wasn't competent because I was clear that I need a none drowsy medication to help me stop the cough, Well he proscribed for me a medication that will make me drowsy and the medication will not stop my cough. Absolutely one of these worst hospitals in the world. 4 different medical staff tried to give me an IV, They changed out 3 different machines that they say we're defective because the IV would not drip. They blew the veins in both arms and tried to get a 5th person to try but I refused and left. Was charged for an IV that was thrown in the trash from which I had never received a drop of. Do NOT bring your children to this ER. We brought our daughter in, she was not moving her arm. The ER doctor told us automatically that she had nursemaids elbow, which is caused by someone pulling on your elbow with force. The ER doctor did a choppy x-ray and said that my daughters elbow was dislocated, then proceeds to attempt to push her elbow back into place, mind you my daughter is screaming in pain. RecommendedWe had to take my 2 year old in for stitches in his chin last night. We have never had an injury like that before and we were really scared and nervous. He was bleeding badly and crying. We were taken care of by Skylar Lamberth, Cory, and Cameron. The process was scary but they were all absolutely wonderful with my son and so kind to us. I was so grateful for the care we received. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. I was so impressed with the teamwork. My son is doing great today. Thank you all so much!
My mom came to you all because she was having excruciating abdominal pain. Yall sent her home with medicine to help with NAUSEA. She was still in pain when she came home so my dad took her to St. Joseph's come to find out, Her appendix burst and she had to have EMERGENCY surgery right away.
