Very disappointed from the place. I went to the clinic yesterday 05/12/2023. I am coughing, my ribs are hurting me. I got to see a nurse practitioner who never told me he is only a nurse. I pay too much money for my insurance, I need to deal with a doctor. That nurse wasn't competent because I was clear that I need a none drowsy medication to help me stop the cough, Well he proscribed for me a medication that will make me drowsy and the medication will not stop my cough. Absolutely one of these worst hospitals in the world. 4 different medical staff tried to give me an IV, They changed out 3 different machines that they say we're defective because the IV would not drip. They blew the veins in both arms and tried to get a 5th person to try but I refused and left. Was charged for an IV that was thrown in the trash from which I had never received a drop of. The emergency room doctors here are terrible. I overheard my doctor talking about me and making fun of me. They are rude and lack any kind of tact. You would be better off going anywhere else but here. It's clear they do not care about helping people.
