Good technician service, but above market price and poor office support. After several requests did not provide a copy of work order, parts/labor breakdown, no written warranty. After several requests provided an informal email.
Excellent work. Al was efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
We had some issues with hard water at our home we bought on our well & had Paul come out to the property and do some water sampling. Got on Liberty Pure Solutions that week and Dylan & Peter did the installation. Completely blown away with the craftsmanship and hard work this team brings to the table. From the educated staff to the strong work ethic would highly recommend this company. Thanks team Liberty Pure Solutions.
