We always paid before we got our propane. We paid for price lock. Propane went up and they started to charge us a new delivery fee. I called and the owner was extremely rude cursed at me and hung up.Then they took the tank with 30%of gas I already paid for in February. They then waited 30days to pay me back. Left my family in the cold. Not reliable or friendly at all. They lure you in with low first fill and then try to get more and more money out of you!!
