I would like to share some concerns regarding our recent experience. Unfortunately, the customer service—particularly during phone interactions—has not met the level of professionalism we expect. We believe there may be an opportunity to improve communication and overall customer service etiquette. At your earliest convenience, please arrange for the pickup of your tank. We would greatly appreciate it so we can find a better place.
I have called 8 times over the course of over a month to get the money I am owed for propane returned. I have yet to receive my check. It seems their goal is to keep the money customers are owed by perpetually kicking the can down the road. Absolutely do not recommend this company. Their is no urgency, no accountability, no apologies for each and every time I call and am told it hasnt been sent out, it will get sent out, the person who writes the checks isn't at work today. Steer clear.
Staff is amazing. They were able to fill my tank on a short notice highly recommend
Stop in to grab propane from the locals. I’ve been here for years and never stopped. Glad I did. Thanks to everyone there again. Wonderful respectable service
