Liberty Propane was there for me when I needed them! Lisa worked with me to schedule an appointment. Two young men showed up right on time to service our unit. They were such good communicators; they listened to our concerns, gave us clear feedback and took time to help us better understand what we could do to prevent a future problem. Companies rely on the folks they send into the field and these two gentlemen were wonderful ambassadors for the mission of Liberty Propane. Again, thank you!
You would think that supplying propane is a pretty generic business but in Liberty's case you would be wrong. This is the first time we have had a propane tank and we have had a lot of questions. The service levels of this company is off the charts. They schedule appointments quickly and do excellent work. The office staff is patient, knowledgable and the communication is excellent. Liberty Propane worked very hard with us to make sure we got just what wanted! We are very pleased with how our log set turned out and with our pool heater set up. Everyone was very nice to work with from ordering the logs to scheduling, to the guys that came out to set it all up! A wonderful group to work with!
