Liberty Propane is the Absolute Best! Ms. Lisa, Ms. Aubrey and the entire staff are simply AMAZING! Our spa had been down for over two months because we were waiting for the pool company to come out for a service evaluation. They (Pool Company) told us that is was due to an issue with the gas regulator. I called Lisa on a Thursday afternoon and she had someone out the very next day! I have relied on Liberty Propane for over five years. They have provided gas delivery, fireplace maintenance and fireplace repair services. They make take a while to get you on their schedule, but their prices are fair and the tech's trouble shoot until they resolve your challenges no matter how long it takes.
Liberty Propane was there for me when I needed them! Lisa worked with me to schedule an appointment. Two young men showed up right on time to service our unit. They were such good communicators; they listened to our concerns, gave us clear feedback and took time to help us better understand what we could do to prevent a future problem. Companies rely on the folks they send into the field and these two gentlemen were wonderful ambassadors for the mission of Liberty Propane. Again, thank you!
