Perspective buyers beware, the older section of this neighborhood are NOT involved in Liberty Pointe’s HOA. We went to view two different homes over a two week period and this pile just continued to grow. We spoke with one of the current residents and they told us it’s been there for months and the city won’t enforce the code standards. Riverside is an amazing company to work with both professionally as a Realtor and as a customer! We purchased our home from them last year and everything went smoothly from start to finish! They offer great incentives to help with the purchasing process. Sylvia and Julio are both top notch and made the entire transaction seamless! Nearly a year in and we've enjoyed everything about our home and the neighborhood, which is growing exponentially. Phase two is about to start. Riverside has it figured out!
