I called Liberty Plumbing on the morning of needing service and they actually scheduled my service call that day and a tech arrived at my residence shortly as promised on time! He was very professional and precise with his work! They even provided a check-up call after the service to ensure all went fine and to ensure I received warranty details on the completed work! My tech Cody was awesome and I will not hesitate to call on Liberty Plumbing for future needs.

Chris MC was our technician and he was great. He arrived earlier than the appointment time which was awesome. He was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave great tips on some of the plumbing issues we had and just a very personable person. I hope he will be our technician during the routine maintenance we’ll have.

If I can give less than a one star I would. They are very nice and professional but overcharge for everything. Trae came out and charged me $320.00 to change out a fluid master fill valve in a toilet and they only cost between $10 and $20 in the store. Then they charged me $700 to pump a 1500 gallon septic tank and a third party came to pump that out and said they only would have charged $400 to pump it because I had no access waste.
