Absolutely wonderful to deal with and I’ve not even had my piercing change done yet. I called with a query about a ring id put in myself yet couldn’t get out and not only was I made to NOT feel stupid I was offered an immediate time to have the hiccup remedied (unfortunately due to illness I need to wait) I’m definitely looking forward now to having my piercing replaced in a few weeks time . 😊
Amazing! I’ve had almost all of my piercings done with Liberty piercings and it’s the only place I go now! All my piercings were done perfectly, smoothly and within 10 minutes of checking in. I went back recently to have a consultation over my Daith piercing jewellery that had lost its ball and was becoming irritated. Malindah was compassionate, non judgmental, replaced the jewellery instantly and gave me some great advice on healing my irritation bump on my forward helix. I highly recommend!
