When we lived in Hoover we used Dr. Balas. She is beyond amazing! My son is 14 (has been seen since she started here) and has been diagnosed with several things. Even had to go to Children’s and have surgery to get a Celiac Disease diagnosis. Dr. Balas was there every step of the way. I couldn’t be more grateful! We have now moved to Georgia and haven’t found care like that. Wish we weren’t so far because I would still go there.

We saw them today Ross Bridge. They kindly worked us in for a last minute sick visit. And although we were running late because we came from out of town, they squeezed us into their schedule. Front desk was kind and accommodating, the nurse did a great job with our sick 3 year old, and the nurse practitioner Amy was great!

I tried to schedule a newborn appointment at the liberty park location. It was closed because it was Monday and no one would answer the phone to tell me that, I waited 15 min on hold. I called the Hoover location and they said they were available at liberty park the next day 9:30. I confirmed that works for me, and they sent me the new patient paperwork.
