They told me the wrong date for my appointment, so I went back 2 days later when they said I was supposed to. They sent me home again because I didn't change my PCP, which I wasn't informed to do. They don't seem very professional.

I called to switch my daughter from another office and the lady who answered the phone was very rude .
We love her as my our pediatrician, she's very attentive and makes sure you have all your questions answered before leaving. I highly recommend her.
The 2 physicians are awesome! The receptionist ALL suck! They've tried to send me away for different reasons (have been a few) & every time I ask to speak with the dr. Them boom my problem is magically fixed. I'm in the medical field I know how things work I also know my rights that others may look over or not even think of. Never waited more then 15mins to be called.
