This is an addendum to my previous review after living here for almost a year. I love it here. The complex manager pays attention to details, is professional, and always responds in a timely fashion. The maintenance department is quick to respond, is very capable, and respectful. In fact, I had an incident just yesterday. where I must have put too much weight on a bedroom closet shelf, and it came down. It was truly my fault. I put in a maintenance request at about 11:30pm. This was my first apartment and I had the best experience! The apartment was well kept and very clean. Anytime I needed any assistance with maintenance they were willing to work with my schedule. Plus, I loved getting to use the pool everyday this summer. Crystal was so supportive and always there to help with anything needed.
I just took a tour of some apartments with Crystal and she was AMAZING! She absolutely knows her stuff, she’s very informative, attentive and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. The only downfall is that the complex unfortunately doesn’t take FlexPay. This doesn’t change my opinion on the apartments I will still be applying but maybe hopefully in the future they can consider using FlexPay for the tenants because it’s a Win Win on both sides. Beautiful place, spacious apartments and family-friendly. Managers’ attention was perfect 👌🏻 Can’t wait to move in.
