While the office staff is very nice, they make a lot of mistakes. After I straightened out the issues with my personal information, they continued to make them. After calling my wife instead of me the woman on the phone sounded annoyed she called the wrong number, like it's our fault. I told them previously they had the wrong phone number. I asked for no sedation and they still schedule me for sedation. Ordering the procedure incorrectly is concerning. Beware.
