WOW,I thought Valencia's office was nice. This was my first time to the Porter Ranch office and I was extremely impressed. The receptionist where extremely polite, professional and helpful to everyone who came while I was there. Carlos, the technician was very nice, he was Great at my IV as well, easy easy. He explained what would be done and how long it would take. Oh yay, the parking was Great too, lots of it and Free.
Buen servicio muy amables
I had a CT scan today, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the technologist performing the scan could improve his communication and professionalism. He asked me to change clothes in the CT room instead of directing me to the designated changing area. Additionally, after positioning me on the table and asking me to raise my arms, he left the room without providing any clear instructions about the procedure or what to expect next.
All the people very nice, the attention excellent, and the place very comfortably. I liked.
Very courteous and prompt. I was in and out in no time!
