I've been having problems with the staff at this location, particularly with the woman manager on 9th floor who consistently sabotage me from getting the test I came for. She regularly tries to change the referral of my doctor, and to make me pay outside my insurance. Every time I get turned away by her. I booked an MRI with contrast for my shoulder and waited three weeks for the appointment. The day before, I got a call saying they had scheduled it incorrectly according to their “protocol,” they also needed to do the scan without contrast, which they hadn’t accounted for. Because of that, my appointment was now 10 minutes too short and had to be rescheduled. I offered to come in earlier to make up the time, but they said that wasn’t possible. Unprofessional, lack of communication between staff and appointments. I received multiple notices confirming my appointment at Garden Grove, Ca. Day of appointment i received verbal message confirming my appointment. Arriving at the facility, I waited in for appointments for 50 minutes. finally reached a person,. The facility staff told me there was not paperwork, that my appointment was cancelled, I was not seen and to to see my Dr.

Terrible service. The office manager treated me like a criminal because I wouldn't agree to full mouth x-rays when I didn't need them. This place is a rip-off besides the fact that they put out completely erroneous information. She actually told me that by law I had to have the x-rays and that they were the equivalent of eating a banana!

I have been a client of this establishment since 2008 I now reside in a different state called numerous times to get my results sent to my new imaging center worship Fresno has refused to send my images shame on them I would not recommend this place they do not care for women it's all about the numbers

After spending three hours in a gentle chair next to Dr. Smith, I was genuinely amazed at his level of kindness, patience, and skill. I can’t imagine ever having anyone else work on my mouth.

I had an MRI here today. This was the most incredible experience I ever had in a medical setting. I suffer from claustrophobia and have been in and out of hospitals before for other conditions and these experiences left traumatized for life. However, the team downstairs at the C LEVEL: Ms. Tabitha and Luis were incredible. They calmed me down and stayed with me during the exam. They were definitely Angels in disguise!!!
