I am an employee here and would like to say that it’s a great place to work. There is great teamwork and the staff truly care about the residents that we give care to!
It is a shame that the nurse that was in the back last night on 8-18-2024 should be fired today I can't believe she can get away with yelling at my brother who is in I heard her myself there is no reason at all to do that I will be calling the state on this place today I can't believe they think it's ok to do that FIRE HER ASAP
I unfortunately would never recommend this place. The food is cold always. I’m diabetic and was told they don’t have a specific diabetic diet plan. Couldn’t eat over half of food brought. Short staffed. Wait time to go to bathroom was 10-15 min. Then left on bedpan at least 10-15 min. It’s a scary feeling to be put in a facility to begin with and not to be cared for is sad.
