Contacting my husband behind my back, didn't care to offer to contact him in my presence or even ask me to contact him to confirm something he already was aware of. You have absolutely pissed me off and I really would prefer to take my banking elsewhere. I feel like you treated me like trash. Liberty National Bank makes you feel like you are part of a family. After I opened my account there after moving here from Florida, when I came into the bank for the second time I had ever walked through the door they already knew me by name. Very courteous and friendly staff.
We have banking with Liberty National Bank since my husband was in high school 1970's. They handled our first home loan and some personal loans. Back in that day you could call Mr. Ike Reed and talk to him by phone and he'd usually say come in down we will start your paperwork. Or now's not the time to buy a car. It was times when a handshake meant something. You have a great staff too. I can usually call with whatever and they get it done. I'm really going to miss Theresa Cowin a lot. She was my "Ike Reed" .
