Had the heart of a teacher when we first started the relationship. Upon the first renewal (2024), it took 10 phone calls and multiple emails over 4 weeks to request support shopping the market. This year we requested additional support shopping the market to acquire the best rate. That request was made 5/13. No support has been received as of 7/1.
Paul has been very responsive, thorough, and fun in providing me with two insurance policies. He proactively suggested a second policy for my car and brought me comprehensive coverage at a very fair rate. I recommend him highly!
