Thought we were getting a good deal with the rates. But when we had property damage due to heavy ice, they refused to send an inspector out, telling us we had to get a 3rd party inspector. That took several months to schedule due to the overwhelming damage our area sustained, and in the end Liberty Mutual refused to cover the damage. So now, after months of dealing with this and sustaining MORE damage to our property they've gone back on their "Partially covering the damage" to OOPS, we can't actually cover this at all.
