Sent Letter to Cancel insurance directly to my agent, which someone at the office refused a certified letter. Bad for a insurance business to refuse a letter from a customer. Liberty Mutual Insurance has been a nightmare. Waited almost 2 months to pay for damaged car, informed us after the period we could have gotten a rental car. Agent never contacted us during the whole process of the claim. Rating at one star because can't rate any lower.
