They cancelled my policy without a single notice. I went six months without coverage and didn’t know. This is how they scam people. The BBB will have a report based on this.
They added my child to my policy without my permission just because she went and had her ID only made. Then charge me 1400. After I called they took her off but would not take off the charges. Then sent me documents to verify her as an operator and told me if I didn’t sign she would be added back on and I will continue to be charged 1400 a month. They said because she is at driving age they can add her without my knowledge.. also if you call and ask a question about your home insurance they document it as an unpaid claim!!! ... read more
