I'd give -5 stars if I could... After 12 seemingly great years with Liberty Mutual having both Home and multiple auto policies I finally made a claim that was actually handled great. It was literally a parking lot fender bender at 1 MPH and probably cost Liberty $500. I just received notice that my policy will not be renewed. I had no other claims or violations on my record. Team Reno is fantastic! They have access to many insruance carriers, so I didn't have to research multiple rates and coverages! And don't forget, they also provide many Life Insruance options. Covering your now, and protecting your future!
