This company HARASSES you for your business. I don't know how many times I've told them to stop contacting me, and they refuse to listen to it. I've filled out their DO NOT CONTACT information multiple times, and guess what? Keep getting their junk.
I just switched to liberty mutual on 3/31 and was told my 1sy payment was due on 5/19. This is in an email I received after setting up my policy. My policy was then canceled on 4/6 due to no payment was told I could not reestablish my policy due to non payment I am no banned from liberty mutual. Iftl this is how you onboard customers, I can't imagine how you take care of the ones you insure. What a joke.
I'd give -5 stars if I could... After 12 seemingly great years with Liberty Mutual having both Home and multiple auto policies I finally made a claim that was actually handled great. It was literally a parking lot fender bender at 1 MPH and probably cost Liberty $500. I just received notice that my policy will not be renewed. I had no other claims or violations on my record.
