If it's an office your wanting 2 go 2, or get someone on the phone, this office is not 4 U! Your better off calling the 800 number, but when u get them, u can bet you'll never get the same answer or quote, called back 4x, got different answers each time, then started asking me about my mother's car, what?, not even on my acct or in the same city. I do not recommend going through this insurance company. We are 2 months till our policy is up. Within the past 10 months they have raised our bill over $200 without explanation, they have ALWAYS been paid ON TIME yet canceled our policy for a $15 late fee that for one wasn’t late or even on our bill, then will not reinstate our policy over $15! Poor communication, poor service, and absolutely horrible service all the way around!
They lie and change rates for no apparent reason.
