If I could leave a negative star I would. I’ve had nothing but a horrible experience with the claims adjuster in my hit and run. Doesn’t return calls or emails had all my vehicles information wrong and the details to my accident. I will say that the rest of the people I’ve been in contact with have been very helpful and amazing. I do not recommend using Liberty Mutual for your car insurance needs
Kyle Hiller was amazing from start to finish. He took time to ask important questions and made me feel comfortable, not just another sale. He was able to provide me with more coverage (which I asked for and needed), and still saved me over $115/mon over All State. Thank you Kyle!
